Bobby's All Purpose Seasoning
Recipes

Meatloaf

2 pounds ground beef
1 egg
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 onion, chopped
1 cup oatmeal
1 TBS Bobby's

Glaze:
1/3 cup ketchup
2 TBS yellow mustard
2 TBS brown sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  In a small bowl wisk the ketchup and milk together. Place the ketchup/milk mixture, ground beef, egg, onion, oatmeal and Bobby's in a large bowl.  Mix together.  *I find it easiest to mix with my hands*  Once mixed, place meatloaf in a loaf pan and make smooth.  Place in oven for 45 minutes.  Prepare your glaze by mixing all three ingredients in a small bowl. After 45 minutes, remove the meatloaf from the oven, drain excess grease, and spread the glaze on top.  Bake for another 15 minutes.

Homestyle Potatoes

4-5 medium to large red potatoes
1 onion
1 tsp Bobby's
olive oil

Heat olive oil (or other cooking oil of your choice) in a large skillet on medium heat.  Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and then slice about 1/8th of an inch thick into 1/2 moon shapes.  Dice the onion.  Add onion, potatoes, and Bobby's to skillet and cook, stirring frequently, for approximately 20-25 minutes.  A fork should be able to go into the potatoes with ease.

Mixed Veggies

frozen veggies
1/2 - 1 tsp Bobby's
olive oil

Heat olive oil (or other cooking oil of your choice) in a large skillet on medium heat.  Add desired amount of frozen veggies to pan and sprinkle with Bobby's All Purpose Seasoning to taste *I like to add around 1/2 - 1 tsp*  Stir frequently for approximately 10 minutes.
